LANE CLOSURES - Traffic Management Closures

Traffic Management planned for w/c 17-11-08 as follows:-

• Black’s Road Citybound On-Slip to be reduced to one lane. This is for facilitate comms works. This shall run from 10:00am to 3:00pm for all of the forthcoming week.

• Black’s Rd Countrybound Off-Slip, to be reduced to one lane at start of slip. This is to facilitate comm’s works. This shall run from 10:00am to 3:30pm for all of the forthcoming week.

• M1 Slip Roads at Saintfield Road (J6) to be reduced to a single lane from 9:30am to 4:00pm each day for all of the forthcoming week. This is to facilitate comms works.

• Hard shoulder closures on M1 between Black’s Road (J3) and Sprucefield (J7), both directions. This is to facilitate comms works. This will run for all of the forthcoming week.

• Hard shoulder closures on M2, at various locations, between Sandyknowes and Randlestown, both directions. This is to facilitate comms works. This will run for all of the forthcoming week.

• Hard shoulder closures on A8, at various locations, between Sandyknowes and Corrs Corner, both directions. This is to facilitate comms works. This will run for all of the forthcoming week.

• Lane closure on Clifton St Southbound Off-Slip from 9.30am to 4pm. This is to facilitate comms works and will be in place from Monday to Friday of next week.

• Lane closure on Westlink Northbound between Stockman’s and Roden St. This is to facilitate comms works and will be in place from 10pm to 6am on Saturday night (15-11-08). 

• Lane closures on M1 both directions between Black’s Road and Stockman’s. This is to facilitate gantry works and will be in place from 10pm to 6am on Monday night (17-11-08).

• Westlink Southbound to be closed between Clifton St and Divis St. This is to facilitate gantry works and will be in place from 10pm to 6am on Tuesday night (18-11-08).

• Colinbridge Road to be reduced to a single lane, operating under a temporary traffic lights system in the vicinity of Colinbridge. This is to facilitate reconstruction of the bridge. This shall run for all of the coming week.

• Arthur Road and Whitewell Road to be reduced to a single lane, operating under a temporary traffic lights system in the vicinity of Longlands Bridge. This is to facilitate reconstruction of the bridge. This shall run for all of the coming week.

• The hard shoulders on the M2 M5 Foreshore will be closed for all of the coming week. This is to allow cabling works to the new Motorway Comms equipment.

• The M2 will be closed between Sandyknowes and Greencastle in both directions on Saturday night (15-11-08) 10pm to 11am. This to remove scaffold from Longlands Bridge. The diversion route will be Sandyknowes R'bout - Ballyhenry Rd - Prince Charles Way – O’Neill Rd - Station Road - Shore Rd.

• M2, Mainline. Southbound, Lane 2. Jct 5 Templepatrick Off Slip to Templapatrick On Slip. 21/11/08 - 23/11/08. 8pm - 6am.
• A12, Westlink Mainline, Lane 1 Eastbound. Grosvenor Road to York Street. 23/11/08 - 27/11/08. 10pm-6am.
• A12, Westlink Mainline, Lane 1 Westbound. Grosvenor Road to York Street. 23/11/08 - 27/11/08. 10pm-6am.
• A12, Westlink Mainline, Lane2 Eastbound. Grosvenor Road to York Street. 27/11/08 - 30/11/08. 10pm-6am.
