Graham Highway Management Maintenance (HMM) are responsible for providing the necessary Traffic Management for the 10km offline section from Hornshill to Auchenkilns to assist HMC in the construction process.  HMM are required to install various complex  Traffic Management schemes including, contra flows, lane closures, traffic lights, stop and go and mobile works.

HMM also provide a 24/7 – 365 patrol squad who carryout maintenance on ongoing traffic management schemes and patrol the entire site for broken down vehicles and members of the public who may need assistance.
